Accessibility statement. Readable, usable, calm.
I want this portfolio to work for everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or reduced motion. The target is WCAG 2.2 level AA, in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act.
- Keyboard
Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, focus is always visible, and a skip link jumps straight to the content.
- Screen readers
One main heading per page, named landmarks, labelled fields and written descriptions for pictures. The moving grains are pure decoration, so screen readers skip them.
- Motion
With reduced motion switched on in your system, the grains rest, the memory route becomes a calm list and page changes become soft fades.
- Reading
Body text is at least 18 pixels, small labels at least 15, with strong contrast and no light grey on light backgrounds.
- Sound
Nothing plays until you choose it, and the sound switch in the header turns it off at any moment.
Known limits
The signature canvas in the finale needs a mouse, a pen or a finger. It is optional, and nothing on the site depends on it. Case pages show screenshots of client websites; those websites follow their own accessibility.
Tell me what blocks you
If anything here gets in your way, write to hello@serhii.website. I reply within one working day and fix what I can as soon as possible.
Prepared on 11 October 2026 as a self-assessment, and reviewed with every release of the site.
